Job summary

Boot Barn is seeking a Key Holder to engage customers and lead store partners. You will help deliver an exceptional in-store experience, support leadership, and contribute to sales goals with product knowledge and POS proficiency.

You will partner with the leadership team to develop the team, manage merchandising, and ensure daily store operations, cash handling, and open/close procedures align with company standards.

Qualifications

• Customer service and selling skills required.
• Ability to communicate product knowledge clearly to customers.
• Proficiency with POS and cash handling.
• Leadership qualities to support store partners.

Responsibilities

• Foster serving and selling culture; exceed expectations to build customer relationships.
• Become an expert in product categories; communicate features and benefits to customers.
• Maintain and achieve goals like UPT, ADT, add-ons and data capture rates.
• Be informed of current promotions and advertisements.
• Maintain merchandising standards and assist with floor moves and displays.
• Process merchandise and monitor replenishment of floor stock.
• Complete all sales transactions and maintain cash/media accountability at POS.
• Develop skills and improve metrics with the leadership team.
• Complete opening and closing procedures per company policies and Time & Attendance.
• Adhere to laws and company policies; perform other duties as assigned.
• Demonstrate high quality work, attendance and appearance.
