Boot Barn is seeking a Key Holder to help create an exceptional in-store experience and lead store partners. The role focuses on selling, product knowledge, visual merchandising and POS proficiency to drive sales and develop the team.

Qualifications

• Provide leadership and support to store partners.
• Exceed store sales goals and support team development.
• Assist with store operations, merchandising and housekeeping.

Responsibilities

• Foster a service and selling culture and build customer relationships.
• Become an expert in product categories and communicate features to customers.
• Maintain and achieve goals like UPT, ADT, adds and customer data capture.
• Know current promotions and advertisements.
• Maintain merchandising standards and assist with floor moves and displays.
• Assist with processing merchandise and floor stock replenishment.
• Complete sales transactions accurately and handle cash/media at POS.
• Partner with leadership to develop skills and improve metrics.
• Perform opening/closing procedures and adhere to time and attendance policies.
• Follow all laws and company policies; perform other duties as assigned.
