Job summary

Boot Barn is seeking a Key Holder to enhance in-store experience and support store leadership. You will master product knowledge, lead service and selling culture, and ensure smooth POS transactions while maintaining merchandising standards.

You'll collaborate with the leadership team to reach sales goals, develop teammates, and uphold company policies, while embodying Boot Barn's values and commitment to community.

Responsibilities

• Foster a service and selling culture; exceed overall expectations to build long-standing customer relationships.
• Become an expert in our product categories; understand and communicate product knowledge to the customer.
• Maintain and achieve measurable goals, including UPT and ADT, and capture customer information.
• Be informed and understand current merchandise promotions and advertisements.
• Maintain merchandising standards and assist with floor moves, display maintenance, and store housekeeping.
• Assist with processing merchandise and replenishing floor stock.
• Accurately and efficiently complete all sales transactions and maintain cash/media accountability at POS.
• Work with leadership to develop skills and improve metrics.
