Chipotle Mexican Grill is hiring a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food and well-trained crew. You’ll manage a clean line, supervise schedules, and support daily operations to keep service efficient.

You’ll bring cash handling knowledge, food safety expertise, and strong communication. A high school diploma and restaurant experience are required. Benefit: tuition assistance, free food, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proficient understanding of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Familiarity with office paperwork and processes.
• Ability to speak, write, read, and understand the primary language of the work location.

Responsabilités

• Ensure great tasting, high quality food is served
• Resolve food quality issues and support food safety on the line
• Monitor time and temperature, glove changes, and Daily Food Safety Checklist
• Address customer incidents and maintain positive customer experiences
• Oversee crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house Crew
• Assist with Crew performance reviews and future leaders
• Handle miscellaneous office duties including banking, cash handling, and paperwork
• Ensure office equipment works and supplies are stocked
