Job summary

Responsibilities

• Maintain safe, high-quality food service and a clean, organized line.
• Support food safety practices (hand washing, gloves, time/temperature checks).
• Resolve food quality issues and customer incidents to ensure positive experiences.
• Monitor crew breaks, shifts, and line schedules; assist with training front-of-house crew.
• Assist with crew performance reviews and development of future Service Leaders.
• Handle office duties including banking, cash handling policies and paperwork.
• Ensure supplies and equipment are in working order.
