The TJX Companies, Inc. in Vero Beach is seeking a front-end leadership role to promote an excellent customer experience and oversee a team of associates.

You will model outstanding customer service, manage loyalty programs, and ensure a clean, organized store while supporting training and development across the front-end team. Ideal candidates will have strong merchandising knowledge, solid communication skills, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Strong understanding of merchandising techniques.
• Capable of multi-tasking in a dynamic retail environment.
• Team player who can work with peers and supervisors.
• Able to train others and mentor Associates on front-end principles.
• 1 year of retail experience and 6 months in leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Create a positive customer experience and promote loyalty programs.
• Lead front-of-store associates and ensure courteous service.
• Assign registers, coordinate breaks, and manage POS coverage.
• Train and coach associates on personalization of the customer experience.
• Address customer concerns promptly and maintain a clean, organized store.
• Communicate priorities to management and associates and provide progress updates.
• Support management in associate training and compliance with labor laws.
