Five Below is seeking a store leader to uphold exceptional customer service and drive front-end operations in a fast-paced retail environment. You will train crew on the BEST customer experience, execute opening/closing duties, and maintain clean, inviting aisles and stockrooms while guiding staff performance.

The role requires at least a High School diploma, 2+ years of management, and strong communication skills. Flexibility for day/evening/weekend shifts is essential to meet store needs.

Qualificações

• High School Graduate or equivalent. College experience preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Wows customers through personal contact and trains crew on the BEST customer service experience.
• Lead assigned store to achieve and maintain customer service score goals.
• Supervise front-end operations and merchandising to brand standards.
• Ensure front-end equipment is in working order and crews are trained.
• Open and close procedures; maintain store cleanliness and readiness for customers.
• Recruit, train, coach, develop and supervise crew members in partnership with Store Manager.
• Collaborate with leadership on merchandising procedures and store recovery.
• Perform store maintenance and stockroom duties as needed.
