Job summary

Five Below is hiring for an hourly leadership role in Irving, TX. You will train and lead crew members to deliver a WOW customer experience, drive front-end operations, and maintain store standards.

You’ll open/close, assist in recruitment and coaching, and partner with the Store Manager on goals and merchandising. The role requires at least 2 years of management experience, strong communication, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and think creatively.
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to perform all duties.

Responsibilities

• Ensures all crew members are Wowing the Customer through personal contact with customers; trains the crew on the BEST customer service experience.
• Leads assigned store to achieve and maintain customer service score goals.
• Leads front end operations and merchandising to meet brand standards; ensures equipment is in working order and staff trained.
• Opens and closes the store; maintains cleanliness and stock readiness.
• Performs store manager duties in their absence.
• Partners with store manager to recruit, train, coach, develop and supervise crew.
• Reviews corporate communications and reacts accordingly.
• Collaborates with leadership on merchandising and recovery.
• Performs general store maintenance and housekeeping as needed.
• Additional responsibilities determined by Store Manager.
