Job summary

Five Below is seeking a Store Manager-in-Training in Arlington Heights. You will lead crew members to deliver WOW customer service, manage front-end operations, and ensure brand standards are met.

The role involves opening/closing duties, merchandising oversight, and partnering with the Store Manager to recruit and coach staff. Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of management experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of management experience.

Responsibilities

• Wows customers through personal contact and ensures fast, friendly checkout.
• Leads store to achieve customer service score goals set by District Manager.
• Oversees front-end operations and merchandising to meet brand standards.
• Maintains store cleanliness, opening/closing procedures, and stock room organization.
• Performs store manager duties in absence of the Store Manager.
• Recruits, trains, coaches, and develops crew members in partnership with Store Manager.
• Reviews corporate communications and coordinates with leadership team on merchandising and recovery.
• Handles store maintenance duties and general upkeep.
• Other duties as assigned by Store Manager.
