Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience required.
• 6 months of leadership experience required.
• Strong merchandising knowledge and the ability to train others.

Responsibilities

• Oversees front-of-store Associates to ensure prompt, courteous service and loyalty program promotion.
• Models excellent customer service and maintains a clean, organized store.
• Trains and mentors Associates on front-end principles and personalizing the customer experience.
• Assigns registers, coordinates breaks, and supports POS coverage needs.
• Addresses customer concerns promptly and communicates priorities to the team.
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs and participates in shrink reduction goals.
• Ensures compliance with labor laws, policies, and safety standards.
