Five Below seeks a Customer Experience Manager to lead store associates and drive a WOW customer experience. Under the Store Manager, you will oversee front-end operations, cash handling, cleanliness, and safety while modeling strong leadership and delivering results during your shifts.

You will mentor staff, coach on customer service, and manage scheduling to meet CSAT and sales goals. This hourly role starts at $15.00 and offers opportunities to grow within a fast-paced, energetic retailer.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and remain composed under pressure.
