Five Below is seeking a Customer Experience Manager to lead store operations and a team of associates under the Store Manager. You will ensure an exceptional customer experience, manage cash handling, and maintain clean, safe store conditions.

The role emphasizes mentoring staff, achieving CSAT targets, and driving sales while upholding Five Below values and SOPs. This is an hourly management position at a Five Below location.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Creative thinking.
• Ability to maintain composure under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Ensures all associates and managers wow the customer through personal contact with customers.
• Responsible for achieving CSAT score goals provided by the District Manager.
• Leading Front End Operations and staff training on customer service standards.
• Maintains store cleanliness, cash handling, and safety procedures.
• Oversees opening and closing store procedures and duties in the absence of the SM.
• Drives store sales and controls expenses while using financial reporting to spot opportunities.
• Schedules staff and coordinates merchandising to meet brand standards.
• Ensures compliance with SOPs and HR policies.
