Job summary

Five Below, Inc. is seeking a Customer Experience Manager for our Canal Winchester, OH location. You will lead a team to deliver WOW customer service, train crew on the BEST experience, and drive store performance under the District Manager’s guidance.

The role requires at least 2 years in management, strong communication, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced retail environment. Starting pay is $15.00/hour with benefits and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Wows customers through personal contact and training on the BEST customer service experience
• Lead store to achieve and maintain customer service score goals set by District Manager
• Oversee front-end operations and merchandising to meet brand standards
• Ensure front-end equipment is functional and staff trained
• Open/close procedures, store cleanliness, recovery, and readiness for customers
• Perform store manager duties in absence of manager
• Recruit, train, coach, develop, and supervise crew members with store manager
• Review corporate communications and respond appropriately
• Assist with merchandising procedures and world recovery
• Conduct general store maintenance and stock room upkeep
