Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure crew provide fast, friendly checkout and wow the customer.
• Lead store to achieve customer service score goals.
• Oversee front-end operations and merchandise to brand standards.
• Open/close procedures and maintain store cleanliness.
• Perform store manager duties in absence of manager.
• Recruit, train, coach, and supervise crew members.
• Review corporate communications and respond as needed.
• Collaborate with leadership on merchandising and recovery.
• Maintain stock room and perform store maintenance.
• Additional duties as assigned by the Store Manager.
