Job summary

Five Below in Sugar Land, TX is seeking an energetic store leader for an hourly role. You will help deliver a WOW customer experience, supervise front-end operations, and assist the store manager with daily tasks to keep the store running smoothly.

The position requires a high school diploma, strong communication skills, and at least two years of management experience. Flexibility for days, evenings, weekends, and possibly overnight shifts is needed.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Wows customers through personal contact and trains the crew on the BEST customer service experience.
• Leads store to achieve and maintain customer service score goals.
• Directs front-end operations and merchandising to meet brand standards.
• Performs opening and closing procedures and maintains store cleanliness.
• Performs store manager duties in the manager's absence.
• Partners with the store manager to recruit, train, coach, develop and supervise crew members.
• Reviews corporate communications and acts accordingly.
• Collaborates with the leadership team on merchandising procedures.
• Performs general maintenance and stock-room duties.
