Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensures all crew members are WOW-ing the Customer through personal contact and trains the crew on the BEST customer service experience.
• Leads assigned store to achieve and maintain customer service score goals.
• Leads front end operations and merchandising to brand standards; ensures equipment is working and staff trained.
• Handles opening and closing procedures and maintains store cleanliness.
• Performs store manager duties in the absence of the manager.
• Partners with the store manager to recruit, train, coach, and supervise crew.
• Reviews corporate communications and reacts accordingly.
• Collaborates with store leadership on merchandising procedures and recovery.
• Performs store maintenance and stock room upkeep.
