Job summary

Five Below in Holmdel, NJ is seeking a capable store leader to guide crew members in delivering WOW customer service and smooth front-end operations. You will train, coach, and supervise staff while upholding brand standards and store appearance.

You will open and close the store, manage daily tasks, and collaborate with the store manager to recruit and develop the team. The role requires flexibility, strong communication, and a commitment to exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of management experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Creative thinking to solve problems and improve processes
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to work
• High School Graduate or equivalent; college experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Ensures all crew members are WOWing the Customer through personal contact
• Trains the crew on the BEST customer service experience and speedy checkout
• Lead store to achieve customer service score goals
• Oversee front end operations and merchandising to brand standards
• Maintain front-end equipment and train associates on services
• Handle opening and closing procedures and keep store clean
• Perform store manager duties in absence of the manager
• Recruit, train, coach and develop crew members with the store manager
• Review corporate communications and respond as needed
• Collaborate with leadership on merchandising and recovery
• Carry out stock room and maintenance tasks as needed
