Job summary

Five Below in West Long Branch, NJ is seeking a store leadership crew member to oversee daily operations, train associates, and ensure excellent customer service. The role includes opening/closing duties, cash handling, and maintaining store standards.

You will work with the store leadership team to drive sales, manage merchandising, and provide a WOW customer experience through fast, friendly service. A high school diploma and at least 1 year of management experience are preferred.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensures all crew members are Wowing the Customer through personal contact with customers.
• Trains the crew on the BEST customer service experience; ensuring that each guest has a fast, friendly check out experience.
• Oversee the daily activities of all store associates, ensuring they perform duties effectively and provide excellent customer service.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for quick placement on sales floor.
• Act as Manager on Duty, taking responsibility for store operations, staff management, and addressing urgent issues.
• Open or close the store, secure cash, lock doors, set alarms, ensure daily operation is smooth.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates on policies, product knowledge, and procedures.
• Drive store sales and control expenses by optimizing merchandising and staff performance.
