Job summary

Five Below in Holmdel, NJ is seeking a store management professional to lead a fast-paced team and deliver WOW customer service. This hourly role focuses on front-end operations, training crew, and ensuring merchandise standards align with brand expectations.

As a possible acting manager, you will open/close procedures, supervise staff, and coordinate with leadership to recruit, coach, and develop crew members while maintaining store cleanliness and safety.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent required.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and think creatively.

Responsibilities

• Lead the assigned store to achieve customer service score goals.
• Train and supervise crew; recruit, coach and develop staff.
• Ensure front-end operations and merchandising meet brand standards.
• Open and close procedures; maintain cleanliness and stockroom.
• Perform store manager duties in the absence of the manager.
• Coordinate with leadership on merchandising and store recovery.
• Manage maintenance and safety; ensure equipment is working.
