Qualifications

• Familiarity with Anthropologie/URBN brand values is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with the leadership team to create a welcoming customer environment.
• Drives sales and store metrics using KPIs and zone goals.
• Delivers omni-channel experiences through service and processes.
• Supports opening/closing procedures and daily store operations.
• Participates in training and onboarding of new hires.
• Maintains cleanliness, stock levels, and visual standards across the store.
