Anthropologie in Berkeley is seeking a Key Holder to support the store leadership in delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales, and ensuring smooth daily operations. You will mentor the associate team, participate in on-the-floor leadership, and help maintain store standards.

You will engage with customers, support omni-channel services, and collaborate with partners to execute visual merchandising and inventory processes.

Responsibilities

• Enhance Customer Experience by collaborating with the leadership team to create a welcoming environment.
• Drive sales and store metrics via KPIs and team goals.
• Deliver omni-channel experience through seamless service and processes.
• Lead and train associates, onboarding new hires, and support daily operations.
• Assist with opening/closing, maintaining store standards, restocking, and IT/facility issues.
• Support shipment and omni fulfillment processes, visual standards, and merchandising updates.
• Maintain communication and teamwork to achieve store objectives and morale.
