Anthropologie in Omaha, NE is seeking a Key Holder to support the store leadership team in delivering exceptional service, selling and daily operations. You will mentor the associate team and model brand standards.

The role emphasizes customer experience, leadership, and smooth store execution—from opening/closing and stock replenishment to omni-channel fulfillment and daily visual tasks. Training new hires is also part of the job.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team and supporting store leadership.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Fan of Anthropologie brand.
• Strong customer service and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with leadership to cultivate an environment where customers feel welcome and valued.
• Drives sales and store metrics by using KPIs to set goals for the team and zones.
• Delivers a seamless omni-channel shopping experience through execution of omni services.
• Manages daily operations, opening/closing, stock, and facilities support.
• Trains and onboard new hires, and supports ongoing team development.
• Maintains store standards, visuals, stock levels and markdowns.
• Communicates feedback to Store Manager and supports store objectives.
• Contributes to team morale through brand initiatives and recognition.
