Job summary

Anthropologie in Glen Mills, PA is seeking a Key Holder to support the store leadership team in service, selling and daily operations. You will be an expert in operating procedures and mentor the associate team.

You will help drive sales by leveraging KPIs, deliver an omni-channel shopping experience, and assist in opening/closing tasks while upholding store standards and training new hires. This role emphasizes customer connection and team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with leadership to create an environment where customers feel welcome, heard and valued.
• Drives sales and store metrics by using KPIs to set goals for the team and zones.
• Delivers an omni-channel shopping experience through execution of omni services.
• Participates in managing the store environment and customer experience with energy and positivity.
• Supports training of the associate team, including onboarding of new hires.
• Assists daily operating processes such as opening and closing procedures, store standards, restocking, and IT/facility needs.
• Collaborates with partners to enable shipment and omni fulfillment, visual standards, stock levels, and markdowns.
• Maintains cleanliness and standards, updating monthly visual messaging and concepts.
• Communicates feedback to Store Manager and contributes to team morale through brand initiatives.
