Job summary

Anthropologie in Columbus, OH is hiring a Key Holder to support store leadership in delivering outstanding customer experiences, selling, and daily operations. The role focuses on embodying Anthro's brand standards and guiding the associate team.

You will partner with leadership to drive sales, manage daily zones, and uphold visual standards while delivering a seamless omni-channel experience, including training new hires and maintaining a welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with leadership to create a welcoming, inclusive customer environment.
• Uses KPIs to drive sales and set team and zoning goals.
• Leverages technology to enable seamless omni-channel shopping and service.
• Manages store environment and customer experience, maintaining an energized pace and team positivity.
• Supports problem solving and elevates the customer experience through decisive actions.
• Supports training of staff and new hire onboarding.
• Supports daily operations, opening/closing, standards, stock and IT/facilities issues.
• Collaborates to manage shipments, fulfilment, stock, and markdowns while upholding visual standards.
• Maintains store standards and cleanliness; tracks monthly visual messaging and concepts.
• Contributes to an inclusive environment by listening and seeking diverse perspectives.
• Keeps open lines with leadership to ensure communication and teamwork toward objectives.
• Provides customer and employee experience insights to the Store Manager.
• Boosts team morale through brand initiatives and recognition programs.
