Job summary

Anthropologie in Milwaukee is seeking a Key Holder to support the store leadership team in service, selling, and daily operations, while mentoring the associate team.

You will drive a welcoming customer experience, help lead a high-energy team, maintain store standards, and coordinate omni-channel processes, including shipments and visuals.

The role requires flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays, with opportunities for growth within URBN's store network.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with leadership to foster a welcoming customer environment.
• Uses KPIs to drive sales and set team and zoning goals.
• Delivers a seamless omni-channel shopping experience through services.
• Manages store operations with energized pace and positive team vibe.
• Supports training and onboarding of new hires.
• Aids opening/closing, standards, restocking, and IT or facilities issues.
• Maintains visual standards and stock levels, supports markdowns.
• Communicates feedback to the Store Manager to improve experiences.
• Contributes to team morale through brand initiatives and recognition.
