LOFT Outlet in Altoona, IA is seeking a Sales Lead to model and deliver personalized customer experiences while guiding and supporting associates. You will work with the Store Manager to master store operations and be ready to step into a management role when needed.

The role emphasizes coaching, team development, and maintaining high visual/operational standards to drive a customer-focused, profitable store. Evening/weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• 6 months of retail sales experience preferred.
• Management experience preferred.
• Technology proficient and able to operate a POS system.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support and role model excellent customer experiences.
• Collaborate with Store Manager to become an expert on store functions.
• Provide in-the-moment coaching and feedback to associates.
• Assist onboarding and development of a highly engaged team.
• Step in as manager when needed and maintain brand standards.
