Job summary

LOFT Outlet in Albertville, MN is seeking a Sales Lead to help deliver personalized customer experiences and coach associates while partnering with the Store Manager to run store operations. You will become an expert on store functions and be ready to step in as manager when needed.

You will model brand standards, lead onboarding and development of an engaged team, uphold top visual and operational standards, and use available tools to drive an omnichannel shopping experience.

Qualifications

• 6 months of retail sales experience (preferred).
• Management experience (preferred).
• Technology proficient and ability to operate a POS system.
• Enjoys communicating and coaching.
• Flexible availability – including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Takes initiative and can organize, delegate and prioritize assignments.

Responsibilities

• Be a representative of the brand and model personalized customer experience behaviors.
• Assist store leaders with onboarding and developing an effective, highly engaged team.
• Husbandly uphold visual and operational standards while focusing on the customer.
• Use tools to drive a customer-focused team environment and profitable business.
• Provide in-the-moment feedback and coaching to help associates excel.
• Build productive relationships and support the team with ideas.
• Seamlessly step into the role of manager when needed.
