Job summary

Five Below in Kansas City is seeking a capable Store Leader to drive customer service and store performance. You will supervise front-end operations, train crew, and partner with the store manager to meet score goals and maintain brand standards.

The role requires at least 2 years of management experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and strong communication skills. You will work a flexible hourly schedule including days, evenings, and weekends in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure crew members wow the customer through personal contact.
• Train crew on the BEST customer service experience for fast, friendly checkouts.
• Lead store to achieve and maintain customer service score goals.
• Oversee front-end operations and merchandising to brand standards.
• Open/close procedures; maintain store cleanliness and readiness for customers.
• Perform store manager duties in their absence and recruit/train staff.
• Collaborate with store leadership on merchandising and recovery.
• Manage stock room and routine store maintenance.
• Communicate effectively with customers, managers and coworkers.
