Job summary

Five Below is seeking a store leadership role in Providence, RI, offering hourly compensation starting at $16.50 per hour. You will supervise crew members, assist with day-to-day operations, and ensure a fast, friendly checkout and exceptional guest experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and think creatively.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, may include overnight shifts.

Responsibilities

• Wows customers through personal contact and fast, friendly checkout experiences.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates and ensures high performance.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking and stocking for fast floor placement.
• Acts as Manager on Duty when needed and handles store operations, staff, customer service and urgent issues.
• Opens/closes the store, secures cash, locks doors, and maintains daily readiness.
• Supports onboarding and training of associates on policies and product knowledge.
• Drives sales and controls expenses by merchandising and staff performance.
• Collaborates with store leadership on merchandising and processes.
