Job summary

Five Below is seeking a store leadership candidate in Rhode Island who will drive sales and ensure an exceptional shopping experience. You will lead crew members, train staff on the Five Below customer service standard, and manage daily operations from opening to closing.

The role requires at least 1 year of management experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task.
• High School Graduate or equivalent; College experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Wows customers through personal contact and exceptional service.
• Trains crew on the BEST customer service experience.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates and ensures service quality.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking, and stocking to keep floor ready.
• Acts as Manager on Duty, handling store operations and staff issues.
• Manages opening/closing duties, cash handling, alarms, and store readiness.
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates on policies and procedures.
• Drives sales and controls expenses through merchandising and high service standards.
• Partners with store leadership on merchandising and World Recovery procedures.
• Performs general store maintenance and housekeeping tasks.
