Job summary

Five Below is seeking a dedicated manager-in-training to help lead a fast-paced store in Utah. You will supervise crew, ensure a friendly checkout, and train new associates while coordinating stock and merchandising tasks.

The role emphasizes leadership, customer service excellence, and the ability to adapt to daily store needs, including opening/closing duties and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Creative thinking.
• Ability to maintain composure under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Ensure crew provide WOW customer experience through personal contact.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates and customer service.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing stock.
• Act as Manager on Duty for store operations and staff management.
• Open or close the store, secure cash, set alarms.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates.
• Drive store sales and control expenses through merchandising and service.
• Collaborate with store leadership on merchandising and recovery.
• Perform store maintenance and housekeeping tasks.
