Job summary

Five Below in Saint George, UT seeks a Store Leader with at least 1 year of management experience to wow customers and oversee daily operations. You will train associates, manage opening/closing, and work with the leadership team to drive sales in a fast-paced environment.

You will ensure a friendly checkout, handle stock, and maintain store standards while coordinating with the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Wow customers through personal contact and train crew on top service.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates and ensure service quality.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing stock for fast floor placement.
• Act as Manager on Duty, handling store operations and staff issues.
• Open/close the store, secure cash, lock doors, set alarms.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates on policies and procedures.
• Drive sales and control expenses by optimizing merchandising and service.
• Partner with store leadership on merchandising and recovery.
• Perform maintenance, cleaning, and stock-room upkeep.
