Job summary

Amazon's Locker+ CXO team in Little Rock is seeking a Retail Lead Associate to be the face of Amazon, guiding colleagues and delivering exceptional customer service. You will help manage floor operations and uphold our culture of customer obsession, trust, respect, integrity, continuous learning, and fun.

Open availability 14:45-21:15 is required, with the ability to lift up to 49 pounds and work evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
18 years or older.
1+ year retail or customer-facing experience, or leadership, or Amazon (Blue Badge) experience.
Willingness to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, holidays.
Ability to lift up to 49 pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

Interact with customers using engagement strategies and model expected behavior.
Use inventory systems to scan, process, and count products.
Provide peer-to-peer feedback and escalate issues as needed.
Contribute to improving the customer experience and operations.
Identify barriers and trends to support site culture with the manager.
Maintain safety and quality standards with a supervisor.
Work in a fast-changing and ambiguous environment.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Lift up to 49 pounds and stand for shifts up to 12 hours.
