You will act as Manager on Duty as needed, manage opening/closing tasks, cash handling, and maintain stock organization. The role requires strong communication, multi-tasking, and ability to stay calm under pressure in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Wows customers by personal contact and excellent service.
• Trains crew on the B.E.S.T. customer service approach.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates.
• Receives, unpacks, and stocks new inventory.
• Acts as Manager on Duty and oversees store operations.
• Manages opening/closing, cash, locks, and alarms.
• Onboards and trains associates on policies and procedures.
• Drives sales and controls expenses through merchandising and service.
• Collaborates with store leadership on merchandising.
• Performs store maintenance and stockroom upkeep.
