Job summary

L’Attitude is a family-owned remodeling business seeking a Customer Experience Coordinator to own the client journey from contract to completion in Voorhees, NJ. This full-time onsite role blends warm customer care with process discipline to keep projects moving smoothly.

You’ll connect Sales and Production, guide homeowners, and ensure flawless communication, documentation, and payment handling while delivering VIP service.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a Customer Experience/Concierge/Client Relations/Sales/Call Center/Account Management
• Strong customer service background (home improvement, construction, financing, or another fast-paced client-facing role)
• CRM and computer proficiency
• Excellent attention to detail and time management
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Make welcome calls to new customers to set expectations and provide a point of contact.
• Be the homeowner’s go-to person, keep customers informed, and treat them as VIPs from contract to completion.
• Keep projects moving by collecting confidential payment information on time.
• Review financing documents and contracts for accuracy and completeness.
• Serve as the link between Sales and Production to ensure smooth project execution.
