Lattitude in Philadelphia is hiring a Sales Associate for a full-time, immediate-start role supporting roofing and home remodeling services. You will learn roofing fundamentals, onboarding, and how to manage home improvement projects from start to finish.

You will speak with homeowners at set appointments, guide customers from consultation to kickoff, and build a top-tier customer experience while using CRM tools.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Sales experience in customer service, construction, solar, or home improvement is a plus (not required).
• Strong communication and people skills are essential.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Motivated, goal-driven, and coachable.

Responsibilities

• Speak with homeowners during set appointments to explain roofing and remodeling services and assess project needs.
• Guide customers through the process from initial consultation to project kickoff.
• Build trust and deliver a top-tier customer experience throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collect and manage customer information accurately within our CRM.
• Answer questions around materials, timelines, and project expectations.
• Identify customer needs and recommend the best roofing or remodeling solutions.
• Track activity, follow-ups, and pipeline in CRM systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Attend weekly trainings and sales meetings to sharpen your skills.
