The ideal candidate brings 1–2 years in customer-facing roles, a strong customer service mindset, CRM proficiency, and excellent attention to detail.

Qualifikationen

• 1–2 years of experience in a Customer Experience Coordinator, Concierge, Client Relations, Sales, Call Center, or Account Management.
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong customer service background in a fast-paced client-facing role is a big plus (home improvement, construction, financing).
• CRM and computer proficiency.
• Excellent attention to detail and time management.

Aufgaben

• Make the first impression by making welcome calls to new customers and setting expectations.
• Be the homeowner’s go-to person, keeping them informed and feeling like VIPs from contract to completion.
• Keep projects moving by collecting confidential payment information professionally and on time.
• Review financing documents and home improvement contracts for accuracy and completeness.
• Be the link between Sales and Production so every job runs smoothly and nothing slips through the cracks.
