Five Below is hiring an hourly Store Leader who will drive customer service excellence and front-end operations in our store. You will recruit, train, and supervise crew, open/close procedures, and partner with the store manager to meet brand standards and service scores.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to multi-task and think creatively.

Responsibilities

• Ensures crew provide WOW customer service at checkout.
• Lead store to achieve customer service score goals.
• Oversee front-end operations and merchandising standards.
• Maintain store cleanliness and readiness for customers.
• Perform store manager duties in absence of manager.
• Partner with store manager to recruit, train, coach, supervise crew.
• Review corporate communications and respond appropriately.
• Collaborate with leadership on merchandising and recovery.
• Handle store maintenance tasks including stock room.
• Additional responsibilities as directed by Store Manager.
