Job summary

TJX Companies in Tucson is seeking a front-of-store supervisor to promote an excellent customer experience and lead a team of Associates. You will engage with customers, model service best practices, and help maintain a clean, organized store.

Key duties include training and coaching Associates on front-end operations, coordinating POS coverage, and supporting safety, shrink reduction, and loyalty programs while partnering with management on priorities.

Qualifications

• 1 year in retail and 6 months of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Creates a positive internal and external customer experience
• Directs front-of-store Associates and promotes loyalty programs
• Trains and coaches Associates on front-end principles and customer personalization
• Manages register assignments, POS coverage, and breaks
• Addresses customer concerns promptly and ensures a positive experience
• Maintains store standards and communicates priorities with management
• Supports training needs with Management to increase effectiveness
• Promotes safety, labor law compliance, and shrink reduction initiatives
• Other duties as assigned
