Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a front-of-store supervisor to promote an excellent customer experience and lead a team of associates at the store entrance.

You will train and mentor associates, manage POS coverage, and ensure a clean, organized environment while promoting loyalty programs. Ideal candidates have strong communication skills, merchandising knowledge, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced retail setting, with a focus on teamwork and safety.

• Promote loyalty and credit programs
