Job summary

TJX Companies in Las Vegas seeks a frontline leadership role to promote an exceptional customer experience and supervise Associates on the floor and at the registers. You will model service standards, coordinate POS coverage, and support loyalty programs while maintaining store organization and safety.

Ideal candidates will have retail experience, leadership exposure, strong merchandising sense, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of merchandising techniques.
• Capable of multi-tasking in a busy store environment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Team player and able to train others.

Responsibilities

• Creates a positive internal and external customer experience.
• Trains and mentors Associates on front end principles.
• Assigns registers, supports POS coverage, and coordinates breaks.
• Addresses customer concerns promptly to ensure a positive experience.
• Ensures adherence to labor laws, policies, and procedures.
• Promotes loyalty programs and store initiatives.
• Other duties as assigned.
