Job summary

TJ Maxx in Prairie Du Chien, WI is looking for a front-of-store leader to drive excellent customer experiences and mentor Associates. You will supervise cashiers, coordinate breaks, and promote loyalty programs while modeling service excellence.

The role requires strong merchandising knowledge, the ability to multi-task, and effective communication with management and team members to meet store goals.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience with 6 months of leadership experience.
• Strong merchandising knowledge and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills; able to train others.

Responsibilities

• Oversees a team of Associates at front of store ensuring prompt, courteous customer service and promotion of loyalty programs.
• Promotes a culture of honesty and integrity; maintains confidentiality.
• Trains and mentors Associates on front end principles and personalizing customer experience.
• Assigns registers, coordinates breaks, and ensures POS coverage needs.
• Addresses customer concerns promptly to maintain a positive experience.
• Ensures adherence to labor laws, policies, and procedures.
• Promotes safety awareness and a safe store environment.
