Responsibilities

• Oversee a team of associates at front of store, ensuring prompt, courteous service and loyalty-program promotion.
• Assign registers, coordinate breaks, monitor POS coverage and task execution.
• Address customer concerns promptly and maintain a positive customer experience.
• Model integrity, support store safety, and adhere to labor laws and policies.
• Train and mentor associates on front-end principles and customer personalization.
