Qualifications

• Available to work flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
• Strong understanding of merchandising techniques.
• Capable of multi-tasking.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Able to respond appropriately to changes in direction or unexpected situations.
• Team player, working effectively with peers and supervisors.
• Able to train others.
• 1 year retail and 6 months of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Promotes an excellent customer experience at front of store.
• Oversees a team of associates and ensures prompt, courteous service.
• Promotes loyalty programs and handles POS coverage needs.
• Addresses customer concerns promptly and maintains store standards.
• Supports training and mentoring of associates on front-end principles.
• Ensures compliance with labor laws and company policies.
