Job summary

Marshalls at TJX Companies, Inc. in Holmdel, NJ is hiring to promote an excellent customer experience. You will oversee a team at the front of store, ensuring prompt, courteous service and loyalty program promotions, while keeping the store clean and organized.

You will train and mentor Associates, manage POS coverage, handle escalations, and partner with management to meet goals. The role requires flexible scheduling including nights and weekends, strong merchandising sense, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of merchandising techniques.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Experience training or mentoring front-end staff.

Responsibilities
