Job summary

Marshalls at The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a front-end supervisor dedicated to delivering an excellent customer experience. You will lead a team of Associates at the front of the store, model outstanding service, and promote loyalty programs while maintaining a clean, organized environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year retail experience and 6 months in a leadership role.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to train others and work with a team.

Responsibilities

• Create a positive customer experience and lead front-of-store teams.
• Promote loyalty programs and ensure courteous service.
• Assign registers, coordinate breaks, and manage POS coverage.
• Mentor Associates on front-end principles and customer interactions.
• Address customer concerns promptly and maintain store standards.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
