Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 year retail and 6 months of leadership experience

Responsibilities

• Promote an excellent customer experience and oversee a team of associates at the front of store
• Lead by example with customers, keep store clean and organized, and model outstanding service
• Assign registers, coordinate POS coverage and breaks for all associates
• Train and coach associates on front-end principles and personalizing the customer experience while promoting loyalty programs
• Communicate priorities and progress with management and team; ensure adherence to labor laws, policies and procedures
• Support store safety, shrink reduction goals, and ongoing training needs with management
