Job summary

TJ Maxx in San Diego is seeking a front-end leader to oversee a team of Associates and deliver an outstanding customer experience across our store.

You will train and mentor Associates, promote loyalty programs, manage POS coverage, and uphold store standards while ensuring safety and compliance with labor laws.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience minimum.
• Ability to train others and lead a team.
• Strong merchandising knowledge and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversees a team of Associates at front of store, ensuring prompt, courteous service and promotion of loyalty programs.
• Trains and mentors Associates on front-end principles and personalizing customer experience.
• Manages registers and coordinates breaks for all Associates; ensures proper POS coverage.
• Addresses customer concerns promptly and maintains a safe, clean store environment.
