Job summary

TJ Maxx, part of TJX Companies, is seeking a frontline leader to promote an excellent customer experience. You will oversee Associates at the front of the store, train staff, coordinate POS coverage, and promote loyalty programs.

You’ll model service excellence and maintain a clean, inviting environment. Ideal candidates bring 1 year of retail and 6 months of leadership experience, strong communication, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail and 6 months of leadership experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Capable of multi-tasking.

Responsibilities

• Promotes an excellent customer experience and oversees front-of-store associates.
• Trains and mentors Associates on front end principles and loyalty programs.
• Assigns registers, coordinates breaks, and ensures adequate POS coverage.
• Addresses customer concerns promptly and maintains a clean, organized store.
• Ensures adherence to labor laws, policies, and procedures.
