Job summary

Marshalls in Grand Rapids is seeking a store leadership professional to promote an exceptional customer experience and lead a team at the front of the store.

You will train Associates, manage register coverage, and coach staff on personalized service and loyalty programs while maintaining store standards and safety. Flexibility for evenings and weekends is required to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.
• Experience leading a team in a retail setting.
• Ability to multi-task and stay organized under pressure.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Promote an excellent customer experience and lead front of store operations.
• Assign registers, coordinate breaks, and ensure POS coverage.
• Train and mentor Associates on front-end principles and loyalty programs.
• Maintain store cleanliness and adherence to safety and labor policies.
• Communicate priorities to the team and provide feedback to management.
• Support store goals for shrink reduction and customer satisfaction.
